My favorite combo
Overnight ingredients:
1/3 cup plain old-fashioned rolled oats
1/3 cup plain non-fat greek yogurt (Chobani or Oikos)
1/3 cup original flavor soy milk
1 packet Truvia
2 Tbsp ground flax seed
Morning toppings:
A little more milk, because the mixture will be thick
Fresh fruit: peaches, blueberries, BLACKBERRIES, banana, etc.
Nuts: (almonds, pecans, walnuts, etc.)
Cinnamon
Play around with the flavors! Try adding in things like nut butters, chia seeds, cocoa, other spices, dried fruit, etc. Be creative!
Warning: Do not mistake Cayenne Pepper for the Cinnamon. DOES NOT yield positive results.
